ATDC has recently installed its S08 curved security gates to secure the bar area at the new Proclamation Park Pavilion in Ringwood near Melbourne. The Pavilion is owned by the Maroondah City Council.
Project Specifications
The gate was specified by East Melbourne-based CO-OP Studio, and the project managers were Circon Commercial Constructions. The installation demonstrates the versatility and adaptability of ATDC’s security solutions in fitting unique architectural designs.
Design and Functionality
The satin black powder-coated gate, which retracts sideways back to one side when unlocked and opened, was able to traverse a special radius curve of 1144mm. This design feature ensures that the gate can fit seamlessly into curved spaces without requiring a floor track, thus avoiding obstruction of the counter top of the bar. This makes it an ideal solution for areas that require both security and unobstructed access.
Ideal for Various Applications
ATDC’s S08 curved security gates are particularly well-suited for serveries, reception counters, and bars. Their ability to traverse curves and retract neatly when not in use makes them a practical choice for various commercial and public spaces. The absence of a floor track enhances accessibility and maintains the aesthetic integrity of the counter or bar area.
Durable and Aesthetic
The gates are constructed from robust materials and finished with a high-quality powder coating, ensuring both durability and a sleek appearance. The satin black finish of the gate installed at Proclamation Park Pavilion adds a touch of elegance while providing the necessary security.
ATDC’s curved security gates can be customised to fit different architectural requirements, making them a flexible security solution for various settings. Whether for a bar, reception counter, or other curved spaces, these gates offer both functionality and style.
