The Australian Trellis Door Company™ (ATDC™), Australia’s premier supplier of security doors, roller shutters, safety barriers and folding doors (see website) has relocated its head office to new business premises at A6, 366 Edgar St, Condell Park, NSW, 2200.

After a successful 15 years at its inner city St Peter address, the construction of the well-publicized and often controversial Westconnex Freeway, has necessitated the move.

ATDC’s new head office is now situated in a state of the art 1100 square metre factory in a modern corporate park just off the M5 Motorway and close to Bankstown airport.  ATDC has used this opportunity to invest in the latest cutting edge technology with new factory and plant which modernizes and mechanizes the assembly process.

Our Extensive Range of Security Doors

ATDC’s latest and extensive range of security doors, roller shutters, safety barriers and folding doors (see website) is now on display in an interactive showroom complemented with full visual aids.  Showroom and office opening hours are 730am to 5pm Monday to Friday. ATDC’s new main telephone number in Sydney is 02- 8723 2800 however ATDC can still be contacted on all existing telephone numbers and all existing email contact addresses.

ATDC will continue to direct its national Australian business operations (About Us) as well as its international export business (Read more about our export capabilities) from its new head office address.

Australian Trellis Door Company™’s (ATDC™) industry leading safety barrier was recently installed at a Liquorland site situated within a Coles Supermarket at Gungahlin in the ACT. The project manager and builder on this site was Mainbrace Constructions.

Safety Barrier Complies with Strict Licensing

ATDC’s safety barrier was deemed sufficiently compliant under the ACT’s strict licensing laws to secure the Liquorland store when locked and closed whilst the Coles Supermarket (which trades for longer hours) itself remains open for trading.

ATDC’s safety barrier at Liquorland is approximately 25 lineal metres in width and 2020mm high; it is portable, completely trackless and requires no overhead support structure. It is able to span Liquorland’s 25 metre shopfront without the need for any removable mullions. The safety barrier is fully retractable and collapsible and folds out of the way and out of site when not in use.  Refer Mobile Trackless Security Barrier.

ATDC’s Safety Barrier

ATDC’s safety barrier is steel constructed and is robust and strong-with its multi-point locking mechanisms it provides an excellent deterrent against would be intruders and a very effective loss prevention tool. ATDC’s safety barrier is unique in that it is both OH +S rated for safety and it also complies with Australian Standard 4687-2007 Temporary Fencing and Hoarding (in certain circumstances) Refer Mobile Trackless Security Barrier.  It can also be supplied in a double diamond configuration which prevents persons from putting their hands through the barrier to reach goods or products being secured behind the barrier.  Refer to our Double Diamond Trackless Barrier.

These security doors are suitable for securing counter tops for many reasons including the fact that they can accommodate curved shaped counter tops –these security doors can traverse a 90 degree angle over a tight 600mm radius turn (View Curved Trellis Doors); Alternatively, they can also meet at right angles (or in fact at any angle) to each other and in this way they can secure an L- shaped configured bench top. The up and down keyturn shootbolt locking mechanisms provide a seamless unobstructed lock- up solution which requires no unsightly permanent lock posts and no clumsy and cumbersome removable mullions. Trackless security doors are also an option in instances where no support structure is available to fix to. These security doors are also available in a double diamond lattice which pitches the cross metal linkages very tightly together which restricts persons reaching through the security door to reach valuable items behind the door.
