Innovative 3-Way Action Retractable Security Screens at Bluestar Eyewear

Trackless and Space-Efficient Design

One of the standout features of these retractable security screens is their completely trackless design. This means there is no need for an overhead support structure, making them ideal for spaces where structural modifications are impractical or undesirable. The trackless design also contributes to a cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing appearance, which is particularly important for retail environments.

Unique 3-Way Action

The 3-way action of these security screens is what sets them apart from traditional security solutions. They can fold back sideways on themselves, allowing for easy storage when not in use. Additionally, they have the capability to rotate up to 90 degrees if required, providing flexibility in how the screens are positioned and used. This rotation feature is especially useful for accommodating different store layouts and entry points.

Multiple Applications and Flexibility

This unique 3-way action offers multiple options to the operator, ensuring that the screens can be adapted to meet the specific security needs of various retail environments. Whether it’s for securing a storefront, creating a barrier within the store, or providing an additional layer of protection for specific areas, these screens offer a flexible solution.

Enhanced Security Without Compromising Style

Despite their lightweight and space-efficient design, these retractable security screens do not compromise on security. They provide a robust barrier that helps prevent unauthorised access while maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the store. Project Managed by Medibuilt

The project was managed by Medibuilt, a medical specialist fitout company based in Ryde, Sydney. Medibuilt’s expertise in fitting out medical facilities ensures that the installation meets the highest standards of safety and functionality required for a dental surgery.

Electric Operation with Dual Key Switches

These security shutters are electric operated, providing convenience and ease of use. The electric operation allows for smooth and efficient opening and closing of the shutters, which is essential for the busy environment of a dental surgery.

Extra security is provided by dual key switches, which limit the number of personnel able to gain entry or egress from the premises. This feature ensures that only authorised personnel have access, enhancing the overall security of the facility.

Enhanced Security and Visibility

The see-through design of these security shutters offers the dual benefit of visibility and security. Patients and staff can see through the shutters even when they are closed, which maintains a sense of openness and transparency. This feature is particularly important in a medical setting, where a welcoming and open atmosphere is crucial for patient comfort.

Suitable for Various Medical Facilities

ATDC’s see-through security shutters are an excellent choice for various medical facilities, including dental surgeries, medical clinics, and hospitals. Their robust construction and advanced locking mechanisms provide the necessary security, while their see-through design ensures a patient-friendly environment.

Finished in a striking bright Blaze Blue powdercoat from the standard dulux duralloy powdercoat range, these electric operated shutters each spanned a width of 4m wide x 3m high. The installation required battery back up facilities to prevent any down time in trading  in the event of a future power failure in the shopping centre. Extra security was provided by the installation of key switches which restricts the number of persons able to operate the shutters.
