ATDC’S Double Diamond crowd control has some unique features.
It is a robust, lockable ,retractable, trackless barrier installed up to a maximum height of 2.5m high and has the cross metal infill linkages tightly interwoven so as to make it difficult for the public to both climb over the door and also to put their hands through to reach either vulnerable electrical or data switchboards or to reach merchandise being protected on the other side of the barrier. The system is portable, mobile and relocatable. It can also pivot and hinge aside completely out of the way when folded back and stacked for storage.

ATDC Installation at Kurunjang Early Learning Centre
High-Quality Aluminium Gates
This lightweight biparting gate is secured at each end to heavy-duty extruded aluminium RHS posts embedded in solid concrete footings for extra stability. As the gates retract backwards, they pivot and rotate at each end, occupying virtually no side stacking space at all. This design is not only space-efficient but also ensures smooth and reliable operation.
Durable and Corrosion-Resistant
The all-aluminium system boasts world-class anti-corrosion qualities, making it ideal for installations exposed to the elements. This feature is particularly important given the gates are installed out in the open, ensuring long-term durability and minimal maintenance requirements.
Project Management
Project managers for this job were Kingdom Projects of Thomastown, Victoria. Their expertise and attention to detail ensured a seamless installation, meeting the high standards expected by both ATDC and the Kurunjang Early Learning Centre.
Ideal Applications
ATDC’s aluminium gates are perfect for educational facilities, commercial premises, and residential properties that require robust, low-maintenance, and aesthetically pleasing security solutions. Their lightweight yet durable construction makes them suitable for various environments, providing reliable access control while enhancing the property’s overall appearance.
Customisable and Versatile
One of the standout features of these gates is their customisability. ATDC can tailor the design and finish of the gates to match the specific needs and aesthetics of any property. This versatility ensures that each installation complements the existing architecture while providing the necessary security. Whether for a bustling commercial property or a tranquil residential area, these gates can be adapted to suit a wide range of settings.

The S03™ and S06™ trellis doors passed this test by withstanding a repeated impact force of 100 joules from a 40kg lead ball i.e. the same effect as an intruder attempting to kick his way through the security door.
The S03™ and S06™ trellis doors passed this test by withstanding a repeated pulling force of up to 2kN i.e. the same effect as an intruder attempting to pull out the security door or window.
